Chiara is currently studying at Tulane University. She is pursuing degrees in Public Health and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology.

Hailing from Oakland, CA, Chiara's upbringing included much gardening and composting at home. These experiences fostered her love for environmental sustainability from an early age.

She is thrilled about Chumisa's focus on empowering individuals to build a stronger community. Combining her passions for ecology and public health, she's excited to address food insecurity through composting.
